How Thermacell repellent mosquito protection works
Thermacell is a repellent mosquito protection that creates a protective zone keeping mosquitoes and midges at a comfortable distance – without trapping them. They work by emitting scents and heat that mosquitoes avoid, making them perfect for the deck, motorhome, boat, tent, or picnic. This type of protection is used where you sit or stand, for example on a deck, patio, balcony, during camping, still hunting, or longer breaks outdoors.
There are two main types: portable models that you can easily carry with you, and stationary versions placed near where you stay. They are easy to use and suitable for everyday use as well as outdoor life.
Thermacell works excellently together with our exterminating mosquito traps, but remember not to place them too close to each other – otherwise, the scents can negatively affect the attraction effect.
