How to order
You can order products easily and safely from the Mosquito-traps.eu online store. Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for them at checkout. Confirmation of the order takes place at the checkout in the last stage of the order. At this point, it is also your responsibility to pay for the order. After paying for the order, you will receive an order confirmation in your email. The confirmation that you should keep contains important information about your order.
Changing your order
If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please note that changes can only be made to the order before the order is processed / shipped.

Prices and payment
All prices include current VAT. Prices are shown in Euros (EUR). Prices do not include possible delivery costs, see “Delivery” below for more information. Offers and promotions are valid as long as mentioned on the website or if no other conditions are mentioned, as long as there are enough products.
In the Mosquito-traps online store, you can pay for your purchases with VISA and Mastercard cards. Payment will be charged to the card when ordering. Enter your order number as a reference. The goods are shipped the next working day after payment is made to us, which usually takes a banking day.
Shipping and delivery
Your order will be delivered by DHL or Postnord to your country. Orders will be delivered to your home address or pick-up point, depending on the delivery method chosen.
We aim to ship orders on weekdays within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are usually shipped the next business day. Our normal delivery time is 2-6 business days from the time your order is shipped from our warehouse.
The delivery cost depends on the size of the ordered product and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is calculated and reported at checkout.
If the customer does not pick up the order from the collection point within the deadline or refuses to receive it, the order will be returned to our warehouse. There is a charge of EUR 100 for uncollected orders.
If the delivery is delayed in a way that is significant for the customer, he has the right to terminate the purchase agreement at no extra charge. Mosquito-traps shall not be liable for the delay and shall not be obliged to offer damages or compensation if the delay is due to reasons beyond Mosquito-traps, unless specifically agreed between the parties or required by applicable law.
Damage and dangers caused by transport
Mosquito-traps will be responsible for your order until you receive the delivered order. If the package and / or product of the shipment you receive is clearly damaged, please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone as soon as possible.
When you return a product, you, as the customer, are responsible for the products you ship. Therefore, we encourage you to select a shipping method that allows you to track your shipment.
Right of cancellation and refunds
We offer our private customers a 30-day cancellation policy. The 30-day period is calculated from the date you receive your order. The right of cancellation does not apply to corporate customers.
This is how you exercise your right of cancellation

This is how you return the product
If you regret your purchase, you must return the order / product to 3wShop AB, Fashion House, Göteborgsvägen 89, 431 30 Mölndal, Sweden, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you are canceling the transaction.
As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of the return.
When you cancel a transaction, we will refund any payments we receive from you in connection with the transaction, including any shipping costs for the delivery of your products. However, we are not obligated to reimburse additional costs if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest we offer. If you return only part of the order, we will not refund shipping costs.
We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us that you are canceling the transaction. However, we may refrain from refunding your payment until we have received the refund or until we receive proof that the refund package has been sent.
The refundable amount will always be paid using the payment method used with the original order.
We do not exchange automatically returned products for others. If you want to exchange the product, you must return the original product and then place a new order in our online store.
The impairment reduction
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal applies to marketable and unused products. For this reason, returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the product arrives in the online store undamaged. You should therefore pack the product in a way that ensures that the product is not damaged during transport. You are responsible for the returned products until we receive the package you sent. Therefore, please save on the receipt of the receipt as well as the possible tracking number of the package.
We want you to feel safe when ordering our products. As a result, we always provide a one (1) year warranty on all our products unless otherwise stated. Consumables such as batteries and accumulators usually have a six (6) month warranty.
The warranty means that we will either replace or repair the defective product, provided that the defect is not due to external factors such as misuse of the product or physical damage to it. The receipt that comes with the order also serves as a warranty certificate, which must be presented in warranty situations.
The right of claim
As a private customer, you have the right to complain about a faulty product. The right of claim applies to original defects, transport damage and products that deviate from what has been agreed between the customer and Mosquito-traps, or otherwise detectable defects. Mosquito-traps is released from liability for defects if the deterioration or breakage of the product is due to improper use of the goods, an accident or other circumstances on the part of the buyer. Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.
When an error occurs, you should always complain about the product within a reasonable time, as soon as possible and without undue delay. Two (2) months from the discovery of the error is always considered a reasonable notice period.
If you discover a defect in the product and notify us within a reasonable time, you have the primary right to have the product repaired to its original condition or replaced with a new product. In certain cases, the customer has the right to cancel the transaction and receive a refund or price reduction corresponding to the amount paid for the product.
In the event of a complaint, we ask that you fill in the complaint form on our website here and that you describe the defect as accurately as possible. If the complaint is accepted, we will send you a return label that will allow you to return the defective product to us free of charge.
Mosquito-traps reserves the right to terminate the contract without demanding a refund if the customer has made a purchase in bad faith based on incorrect information provided in the online store that the customer knew or was obviously incorrect. Mosquito-traps have the right not to fulfill the obligations of this agreement in situations where Mosquito-traps have been unable to do anything or which Mosquito-traps could not predict or ignore.
