Mosquito Magnet cleaning cartridges are used to keep your older mosquito trap in good condition by regularly removing contaminants and deposits in the system. Cleaning is an important part of maintenance and helps ensure the machine operates steadily over time.

By using cleaning cartridges as recommended, you ensure consistent carbon dioxide production and maintained performance.

When should cleaning cartridges be used?

We recommend cleaning your Mosquito Magnet:

• When replacing the propane cylinder
• At the beginning of the season
• Before long-term storage

Regular cleaning can extend the machine's lifespan and reduce the risk of operational disturbances.

Important information

The cleaning cartridges are intended for older Mosquito Magnet models. Models manufactured from 2018 onward usually do not need to be cleaned with these cartridges.

Models from and including the following serial numbers: EX018XXX…, IN018XXX…, PT018XXX…, have an improved design that makes the use of the cleaning cartridge unnecessary. The serial number is located on the back of the machine, next to the start button. The first letters indicate the model. The numbers afterward indicate the year of manufacture.
