Amplecta AMT Mosquito catchers are developed in Sweden and is adapted to harsh conditions. They catch both mosquitoes and gnats and are easy to start and handy. Both AMT50 and AMT100 are quiet, energy efficient, odorless and childproof. These mosquito traps are powered by electricity and only one electrical outlet is needed to start catching the mosquitoes.
What distinguishes AMT 100 and AMT 50 from other catchers is mainly that they attract mosquitoes to themselves with a scent that consists of octanol and lactic acid, which mimics human body odors. For major mosquito problems or if the mosquitoes are active during the day, LPG-powered machines are recommended.
Amplecta AMT has been available in two previous versions, AMT 64 and AMT 44.
