Amplecta AMT Mosquito catchers are developed in Sweden and is adapted to harsh conditions. They catch both mosquitoes and gnats and are easy to start and handy. AMT200 is quiet, energy efficient, odorless and childproof. These mosquito traps are powered by electricity and only one electrical outlet is needed to start catching the mosquitoes.
What distinguishes AMT200 from other catchers is mainly that they attract mosquitoes to themselves with a scent that consists of octanol and lactic acid, which mimics human body odors. For major mosquito problems or if the mosquitoes are active during the day, LPG-powered machines are recommended.
Amplecta AMT has been available in two previous versions, AMT 100, AMT 50, AMT 64 and AMT 44.
